How can I get a refund for a purchase
Each platform handles refunds slightly different.
Request a refund from Apple:
Polarr doesn't directly interact with payments on Apple App Stores, and you can request a refund by contacting the store directly.
Request a refund from Microsoft:
Polarr doesn't directly interact with payments on Microsoft App Store, and you can request a refund by following the steps below:
- Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
- From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing -> Order history.
- Navigate to the Polarr app, and select 'Request a refund'.
Request a refund from Google Play Store:
If you paid through Google Play Store, please provide us your Google Play Order ID. You can find your Google Play Order ID here.
Stripe or PayPal:
If your payment proceeded through Stripe or Paypal, kindly email our support team and let us know your email address for the account.
How do I restore purchases made in the past?
On iOS, just head to settings within the app and scroll to the bottom where you can click on "restore purchases". For other platforms like Mac or Windows, just redownload the app from the app store you purchased Polarr on.
Can I buy Polarr and use it on other platforms?
Yes! Yes, you can. Your subscription to Polarr gives you access to Polarr Pro on all platforms.
Users who bought the one-time purchase app for Mac or Windows can not use Polarr on other platforms. This feature is only available to those who subscribe.
Do you offer a student discount?
No, we don't offer a student discount… that's because student's and educators get Polarr for free!
